We are open to serve our clients during the pandemic. We are following the Stay Safe guidelines. We are an essential business serving over 100 payroll and sales tax clients. Our general hours are from 9am to 9pm for drop-offs and pickups. Please call/text ahead to check on the office hours for your location.

Our Safety Procedures

Daily Sanitizing

Our office will be equipped with hand sanitizer at every station. Each station will be sanitized after every client. We will also be sanitizing the entire office everyday to keep our staff and clients safe.

Masks & Distancing

Masks are required in the office and during an appointment. We’ve added plastic dividers between staff and client as an extra precaution at every desk. Clients will also stand 6ft apart from each other if they choose to wait in the lobby.

Temperature Checks

Temperatures for staff and clients will be checked during entry of the office. If a client has a high temperature they will not be allowed to enter further into the office. We’ve come up with alternative options to help you get your taxes done! We offer drop-off services or virtual appointments.

Drop-off

Don’t want to wait in the lobby? Drop off your documents. We’ll process your tax return the same day if you have an appointment. You can wait in your car and we’ll text you when we’re done.

In-Person Appointment

We are accepting in-person appointments! We’re taking several safety measures for you to come into one of our office locations to file your taxes. Remember to bring in all your income forms and deduction records.

Virtual Appointment

It’s easy! All you have to do is submit your documents online through our client portal. We’ll process your tax return. We will require a final webcam chat or phone call to verify your identity before submitting.
